Pre-Built Metrics

Pre-built metrics offer a collection of commonly used, ready-to-use metrics customized for each supported boilerplate. These metrics are crafted to help you swiftly gain insights without the need to manually pin charts from generated charts.

Pre-built metrics are available for the following boilerplates:

  • HubSpot
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Stripe
  • WooCommerce

You can see from the screenshot above that we have a lot of metrics to choose from. Here are some examples:

  • Average Email Click Rate: This metric shows "what is the average Email Click Rate for our marketing campaigns from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Average Email Open Rate: This metric shows "what is the average Email Open Rate for our marketing campaigns from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Contact to Customer Conversion: This metric shows "what is the average Customer Conversion Rate for our website visitors from the beginning of the current month up to today".

There are more than 70 metrics for HubSpot. You can find all of them on the UI.

Google Analytics 4 Metrics

Google Analytics 4 Metrics

You can see from the screenshot above that we have a lot of metrics to choose from. Here are some examples:

  • Active Users: This metric shows "how many unique users engaged with our website or app from the beginning of the current month up to today". We also provide aggregated metrics for different dimensions such as country, event, medium, and more.
  • Event Count: This metric shows "the total Event Count for the 'Purchase' event on our website from the beginning of the current month up to today". We also provide aggregated metrics for different dimensions such as country and event.

There are more than 20 metrics for Google Analytics 4. You can find all of them on the UI.

Stripe Metrics

You can see from the screenshot above that we have a lot of metrics to choose from. Here are some examples:

  • Active Subscriptions: This metric shows "what is the total number of Active Subscriptions from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Churned Customers: This metric shows "what is the percentage of customers who churned from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Gross Volume: This metric shows "what was the total Gross Volume generated by the company from the beginning of the current month up to today".

WooCommerce Metrics

WooCommerce Metrics

  • Average Gross Daily Sales (Legacy): This metric shows "what is the average gross daily sales for the store from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Items Sold by Product: This metric shows "what is the total number of items sold for each product in WooCommerce from the beginning of the current month up to today".
  • Orders by Country: This metric shows "what is the total number of orders placed by customers from each country in WooCommerce Analytics from the beginning of the current month up to today".

How to Use Pre-Built Metrics

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Visit a new dashboard or open an existing one.

  2. Click Browse Metrics: Open the metrics browser to view available pre-built metrics. Click Browse Metrics

  3. Select and Add Desired Metrics: Choose the pre-built metrics that are relevant to your analysis and add them to the dashboard. Select and Add Desired Metrics

  4. You can see the metrics on the dashboard. Metrics on Dashboard

Change the Time Range

You can change the time range of the pre-built metrics by clicking the Time Range dropdown on the top right corner of the metrics. Change Time Range

Troubleshooting

I don't see any pre-built metrics

If you don't see any pre-built metrics, please check if you have selected the boilerplates that support pre-built metrics. If you have selected the correct boilerplate, please contact our support team.

At the moment, the following boilerplates support pre-built metrics:

  • HubSpot
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Stripe
  • WooCommerce

The imported metrics show No Available Data

No Available Data

If the imported metrics show No Available Data, please check if you have selected the correct time range that has data. If you have selected the correct time range, please contact our support team.
